The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Saturday, January 25th, 2025 and will be held at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel and Convention Center starting at 9am.

BYLAW & RULE CHANGE PROPOSALS
For consideration at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) members may submit proposed changes to the Georgia Soccer Bylaws and the Youth Rules and Regulations. The deadline to submit a change is December 13, 2024 at midnight.

NOMINATIONS
The deadline to submit a nomination for a Board of Director position is December 13, 2024 at midnight. Nominations for the following positions will be communicated to the membership 30 days prior to the AGM after the Nominations Committee has reviewed the nominations.

- Director at Large – GSSA

Nominations from the floor will not be permitted, except for vacancies that are created during the Annual General Meeting.
VOTING INFORMATION
Voting Eligibility
Per GSSA Bylaw 8.1.6: It shall be the responsibility of each Affiliate to have in attendance at GSSA AGM, GSSA SAGM, and the Adult and Youth Council meetings, a minimum of one member to represent each of its Affiliate’s interests. Affiliate representation is mandatory at all meetings.
Per GSSA Bylaw 8.6.1 The State Registrar shall determine the number of players an affiliate has properly registered and for which they have submitted payment. In order to vote, ensure your club or league invoices are paid in full and your balance is zero.
To receive full voting recognition, if a joint association, you must have two separate credentialed individuals participate. i.e. – no single username will be allowed to vote for more than one entity / group.
The Credentials report will be released prior to the AGM.
